FAQ

Good to know.

What file formats do you accept?

PDF, CDR, AI, PSD, JPG and PNG. For big flex and posters, high-resolution files give the sharpest result — but send what you have and we'll check it for you.

How fast can I get a flex banner?

Most standard flex and banner jobs are ready the same day if the design is approved before noon. Large or bulk orders may take 1–2 days.

Can you design it for me?

Yes. Share your text, logo and photos and our designer will prepare a layout. You approve the proof before anything is printed.

How long do wedding cards take?

Usually 3–7 days depending on design, quantity and finishing like foiling or embossing. Order early during the wedding season.

Do you deliver?

We deliver across Guwahati and can arrange banner fitting at your shop or venue. Ask us for the delivery charge for your area.
